Our aim is to provide an inspiring curriculum which helps prepare children to lead full and active lives in a rapidly changing world. We want children to leave our school prepared to enter the next phase of their education, as confident, resilient, curious and respectful young people, with high aspirations for themselves and the wider community of which they are a part.

At New Brancepeth Primary Academy, we believe in the concept of lifelong learning and the idea that both adults and children learn new things every day. We recognise that our children come from diverse backgrounds with different social and cultural knowledge. Through our teaching, we equip children with the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to be able to make informed choices about the important things in their lives and the world around them while developing respect and tolerance. We believe that learning should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Vision

To secure and enhance the life chances of every child through a shared ethos and set of values with our Trust, while recognising the bespoke needs of the children and community we serve.

At New Brancepeth Primary Academy, we aim to provide children with a pathway to discover themselves and the world around them. Learners will leave us with the independence to make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world, where all children are valued and supported and where they can compete with others nationally, with similar opportunities available to them, irrespective of their starting points.
